i am often most inspired to dance outdoors connected to the natural world, however, this morning it was raining so hard sideways it was beating loudly on our studio windows - so began my dance practice indoors exploring inner body weather...
feeling connected to the surge of an upward flow of energy from the earth and allowing it to journey, to course through my experience into dance expression while also feeling connected to the watery environs externally and internally...
