soft indoors

receiving the beauty of other's lives shared is such a gift.
today, after feeling touched to the core i was inspired to remain indoors in the studio where i felt held by the surrounding space. can we remain open and vulnerable when at times it feels there is so much unjust suffering in our world? this is a practice of dancing from the inside - a practice of softness.

"the inner voices of the body want to speak to us, to inform us of the truths beneath the fixed surface of our external lives... how tender, fragile and precious is the house of belonging called the body." john o'donohue
